How to make the most of MoLe

A few minutes here makes every live session count. Pick your side.

For students

Learn more from every session

  1. Find the right educator

    • Search for the topic you're stuck on (say, Projectile Motion), not just the subject. You'll see educators approved for that exact topic.
    • Use the filters for teaching language and location to find someone you're comfortable with.
    • Open the profile: read the bio, qualifications and reviews, and compare the price per hour.

  2. Book the way that suits you

    • Live Now — educators online right now. Send a request and they have 5 minutes to accept; if they don't, try another.
    • Scheduled — pick a slot from the educator's calendar. Choose Teaching (45–120 min), Revision (30–90 min) or Doubt clearing (30–60 min).
    • You only pay once the educator accepts — by UPI, card or netbanking.

  3. Prepare before you join

    • Write down your doubts and keep your book or notes open at the right page.
    • Sit somewhere quiet with good internet; check your camera and microphone.
    • The Join button opens 5 minutes before the start — join a little early.

  4. Make the session count

    • Tell the educator in the first minute what you want to leave with — one chapter, ten problems, one concept.
    • Ask the moment you're lost. Use the chat for formulas and links, and screen share to show your work.
    • Try a problem yourself while the educator watches — it's the fastest way to find gaps.

  5. After the session

    • Rewatch the recording — it stays in the app for 7 days.
    • Leave an honest review; it helps other students and good educators.
    • Liked the educator? Book a follow-up while the topic is fresh.

  6. Plans change? Cancel early

    • You can cancel up to 1 hour before the session. If you'd paid, the full amount is credited to your MoLe wallet.
    • If an educator cancels a paid session, the full amount is credited to your MoLe wallet the same way.
    • If an educator hasn't joined 15 minutes in, we offer your session to another educator — or refund you.
For parents

Most MoLe learners are school students. Sit nearby for younger children, keep sessions in a shared room, and check the recording afterwards — every session is recorded.

For educators

Get booked, teach well, grow

  1. Build a profile students choose

    • Use a clear, friendly photo and a bio that says who you teach and how — classes, boards, your approach.
    • List only topics you've truly mastered; each one is reviewed before students can find you for it.
    • Add your teaching languages and set a fair price per hour — you decide it.

  2. Be easy to book

    • Keep your weekly availability up to date in Calendar — students can only book slots you've opened.
    • Turn on Go Live when you're free: you appear under Live Now for instant bookings. Accept requests within 5 minutes.
    • Evenings and weekends are when students study most.

  3. Be on time, every time

    • Join sessions from the web app at app.moleedtech.com on a laptop or desktop; the button opens 5 minutes early.
    • Joining more than 5 minutes late reduces your payout for that session by 10%.
    • After 15 minutes, the session is offered to another educator.

  4. Teach so they come back

    • Camera on, quiet background, appropriately dressed.
    • Ask in the first minute what the student wants from the session, and check understanding as you go.
    • Solve problems with the student, use screen share, and end with a 1-minute summary of what to practise.

  5. Earnings and payouts

    • MoLe keeps a 10% platform fee; the rest of your session price is yours.
    • Earnings are added after each completed session — track them in Earnings.
    • Add your bank details in Profile so payouts reach you without delay.

  6. Reviews are your reputation

    • Students rate every session. Good ratings move you up and bring repeat students.
    • A short, specific recap at the end of class is the easiest way to earn them.
Safety & conduct

Keep it on MoLe, keep it safe

Every session is recorded and recordings are reviewed. These rules protect students and educators alike.

Everyone

  • Talk, teach and pay only through MoLe.
  • Never share phone numbers, WhatsApp, email or social media — in chat, out loud or any other way.
  • Be respectful: no abusive language, no discrimination, no religious or political debates.

Educators

  • Stick to the topic; never discuss a learner's personal or family life.
  • Never record, screenshot or save a learner's image, voice or details.
  • Teach and explain — never solve a live test or exam for a student.
  • Only you teach from your account.

Students

  • Something felt wrong? Use Report educator on the review screen after the session, or write to moleedtech@gmail.com.
  • Never pay an educator outside the app.
FAQ

Quick answers

Can I cancel a booking?

Yes, up to 1 hour before the session starts. If you had already paid, the full amount is credited to your MoLe wallet.

What if my educator doesn't join?

If an educator hasn't joined 15 minutes after the start, MoLe offers your session to another educator who teaches the topic. If no one can take it, you're refunded.

How long can I rewatch a session?

Recordings stay in the app for 7 days after the session.

Can educators teach from the phone app?

Educators manage requests, availability and earnings in the app, and join their sessions from the web app at app.moleedtech.com on a laptop or desktop.
